Must have a can-do attitude and an energizing work ethic. Responsible for all front of the house (FOH) and back of the house (BOH) guest relations, scheduling/supervision, safety and pace. Must be able to create a fun, sports ambiance while providing excellent products and outstanding service.
Achieves financial goals and ensures the restaurant meets or exceeds all functional standards including cleanliness, atmosphere, service, guest interaction, execution of food and beverage, and accounting (sales, purchases, inventory, payroll, etc.).
